Customer Service Support

Limosys is looking for upbeat, organized, and savvy customer service professional individuals to join our team.
As our Customer Service Support Representative, you’ll be responsible for support receiving inbound calls and scheduling rides.   Your experience and people skills combined with our support, training and development will ensure your success working for Limosys Corporation.

This Customer Service Scheduling Representative position is full-time.   Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours.
This role is based in our Englewood Cliffs, NJ headquarters.

Terms: 40 hours/week.
Salary: Competitive

Primary Responsability:
  • • Respond to incoming calls from clients and assists them with scheduling transportation.
  • • Insure communication completed in a timely manner with clients.
  • • Enter into computer system the required documentation on passengers
  • • Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of: efficiency,
    call quality, customer satisfaction, call resolution and attendance
Qualifications:
  • • Experience in customer service.
  • • Bilingual.
  • • Communication skills.
  • • Knowledge of computer system.


Applications Software Developer

Applications Software Developer Analyze, develop, create and modify computer applications for proprietary reservation and dispatch management software.
Analyze user needs and develop software solutions optimizing operational efficiency.
